Problem :
The ANVL PB website needed to be tested to see if users could easily navigate the site, find product information, choose a goggle strap, identify the company’s location, and understand shipping or country availability. The testing showed that some users had trouble completing tasks because certain links or navigation elements were unclear or not fully functional.
Solution :
Our team created a usability testing plan with specific tasks, timing, click counts, participant feedback, and a navigation questionnaire. This helped us collect real user feedback and identify where the website experience could be improved.
Challenge :
A main challenge was making sure the test measured real usability issues instead of just visual design preferences. Some participants could not complete tasks due to missing or unclear navigation, which showed the importance of functional links, clear FAQ access, and visible location/shipping information.
