Emily was effectively the glue that held the team together. A sort of pseudo leader in making sure the team was timely, organized, and efficient, the team naturally worked towards her flow and from there we were able to work really well. Communication was another strong point, from making sure we were attending meetings and sending out reminders for deadlines to just being an effective teammate and hashing out problems and solutions towards our project. While we all had mostly equal contributions to the project, Emily's impact could be felt throughout the others work. as she raises the quality and efficiency of those around her whether she knows it or not.
